Chuck Huang

Chuck Huang is the Founder & Chairman of Citcon, a global cross-border payments platform serving leading brands such as Sephora, LVMH, and Delta. He previously spent a decade in product and engineering roles at eBay and Visa, and later invested in early fintech and AI companies including Ripple, Flutterwave, and Theta. Chuck holds BS/MS degrees from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. in Computer Science in the U.S.
