Noriaki Hyuga

Noriaki Hyuga serves as Japan Partner at Scale Asia Ventures, where he leads engagement with Japanese corporations and institutional investors, strengthening the firm's US-Japan bridge strategy.
Noriaki brings over a decade of cross-border experience spanning venture capital, fundraising, and equity research across Asia and the US. From 2018 to 2022, he was with Gobi Partners, a pan-Asian venture capital firm focused on early-stage investments, where he led fundraising activities in the Japanese market. Prior to Gobi, he headed business development at Tech in Asia, and earlier served as an equity research analyst at Evalueserve in Shanghai, covering institutional investor clients. He began his career in venture investment research at SmartEbooks in New York. He currently also leads business development at iDEAKITT, an AI-powered marketing research startup.
Noriaki holds a Master's degree in Finance from the State University at New York at Buffalo.
